Most of these brands have tampons in several flow strengths and with and without applicators. Several of these brands have pads too if you're feeling like you want something different. Try a couple brands and find out what will work best for you, your style, and your flow.
Not only are these organic tampons good for your health, they are also better for the environment because pesticides aren't great for lots of reasons. Extra green points if you use one with a cardboard applicator or no applicator!
