Flame retardants. These chemicals are in a ton of consumer products, but they’re not so good for your health. Flame retardant chemicals can easily move from a product onto our skin. ⁣ A recent scientific study has shown that increased household cleaning 🧹or hand washing 🧼(or both! ) can reduce your exposure to flame retardants by half. Although cellphones emit non-ionizing radiation, some studies have shown an increased risk of cancer in male rats.
