But, have no fear of broken cakes and cookies sticking, we have some tips and tricks to make sure that doesn't happen. We recommend skipping the #nonstick pans and instead using ones that are made of #castiron, #carbonsteel, or #stainlesssteel. All of those can achieve a similarly non-stick surface without any of the chemicals used to make other pans non-stick.
What about what you will be baking all of those treats in? While your nonstick pans might seem like a no-brainer, give us a chance to talk you into some other options. Nonstick pans are often coated in PFAS chemicals, which, while magical at times, can also be pretty bad for your health (and the 🌍.) Instead try baking pans made of silicone, stainless steel, ceramic or cast iron. they are often prettier and always healthier.
